Our nanopore ready membranes offer a smooth surface with very controlled thickness. To reduce the measurement noise, our nanopore membranes come with an underlayer of thermal silicon dioxide. This layer helps reduce measurement noise, enhances data accuracy and ultimately contributes to more effective and precise research outcomes. Our low fluorescence membranes are tailored for mounting specimen for x-ray fluorescence measurements. They are well suited for metal mapping in animal tissues and ultra-sensitive tests since they contain minimal to no metal traces. Adherent cells may be cultured directly on our membranes for a range of spectroscopic and imaging studies.
Our X-ray windows are well suited for applications that require minimal X-ray scattering in a vacuum with differential pressure and the greatest level of vacuum integrity. Our membranes have been tested at low pressures of up to 1.2 x 10-6 Torr.
